Patronatul Farmaceutic Transilvania

     The association “Patronatul Farmaceutic Transilvania” has its residence in Cluj-Napoca and it's an organization with a juridical personality obtained by the civil settlement no. 5530/19.05.2004, pronounced by the Cluj-Napoca Law Court, in document no. 5868/2004, Fiscal registration code. P.F.T is a non-profit juridical person, with native capital, non-governmental, apolitical, with employers' organization character, build according to Romanian laws, respectively stipulations of Government Ordinances no. 26/30.01.2000 regarding associations and foundations and of the Regulation regarding the organization of National Register of juridical persons without employers' scope, approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice no. 945/B/C/26.04.2000 and dispositions of Law 356/2001, the employers' law.

     The declared purpose of the company is to identify and promote systematically and unitary the pharmaceutically interests of the employers, in general, and of the company's members especially, to represent the interests and rights of the associates in front of the public authorities, as well as to create and develop a collaboration and helping spirit between the company's members. To accomplish the proposed purpose, the employers association will be able to participate at forming any organisms, juridical persons, national and international and will be able to be part of any kind of entities in accordance with the available laws. More, the association will fallow and materialize its activity objectives, with implications in the pharmaceutically activity, stipulated in the constitutive document and statute.

     The association “Patronatul Farmaceutic Transilvania” is a self-governing organization, which doesn't identify with the College of Pharmacists and it's not subordinated to it. Basically, these two organizations have the same objectives, with the mention that our association preponderantly promotes the economical interests of its members.

     Thus, the association “Patronatul Farmaceutic Transilvania” wants to complete the activity of the Pharmacists College, including by promoting and monitoring the legislative projects in the pharmaceutical domain, by lobby politics at the level of experienced institutions, achieving the association's purpose and objectives.

     We wish to express our desire to make ourselves known, to integrate into the gearing of the system and to contribute, participate, co-operate and to involve ourselves in the process of implementing and improving the Romanian pharmaceutical system.

     We invite to join us all the people that believe that our organization represents their belief's.
